Technical Documentation A brief report discussing field procedures, approximate wetland area 'and all relevant findings. Site-specific graphics will be included as appropriate. This report is not designed for use as a wetland delineation report. SCHEDULE We can schedule the fieldwork to begin after we receive a signed Authorization to Proceed form. If the terms and conditions of this Scope of Services and Cost Proposal are satisfactory, please sign and return the attached Authorization to Proceed form for our files. Please call our office if you have any questions. The wetland determination report, which presents the site visit findings, will be submitted approximately 30 days after the site visit. Please contact SER if there are time restrictions that will require,expediting these,tasks in a timelier manner. Otherwise SER is prepared to schedule the work and proceed with the proposed timeline upon receipt of the attached Authorization to Proceed form(s). PROJECTED COSTS The following provides the total project cost for a wetland determination and GPS services including the site visit and a technical report. Wetland Determination Total project costs are estimate 'to cost $400. The following items are included in this cost estimate as stated in the previous paragraphs:review initial site data;review wetland boundary based on initial data;complete wetland determination report and 2 hours of project communication. Time will be billed hourly; therefore, you will be billed only for the amount of time spent to complete your project. Your signature"on-the Authorization to Proceed form attached to this proposal will allow us to schedule your project quickly. The following items that are not included in the scope-of this proposal will be billed hourly at our current billing rates upon client approval. These items include,but are not limited to: larger than expected or additional.wetland basins not appearing in the initial data, additional site visits requested by the client or any governing authority(ies), meeting attendance as requested,by the client,any,changes needed to the wetland boundary after it has been initially staked, any changes or additions to the report after it has been completed, any.project communication exceeding the initial two hours allotted, and producing or distributing additional reports after they have been submitted.A separate cost proposal will be submitted upon request. WETLAND DELINEATION SCOPE OF SERVICES Wetland Classification,Identification,Delineation and Staking Services SER will review the site for the presence of areas meeting wetland criteria. SER's Wetland Delineations involve the review,of available off-site data,"completion of a field visit that involves the staking of jurisdictional wetlands followed by a detailed wetland delineation report. SER has developed a reputation for the'accuracy of our wetland delineations that maximize the amount of highly valuable buildable upland. Review,Off Site Data Prior to the initial site visit, SER personnel will review the Hennepin county soil,survey; NWI maps,the most recent aerial photographs, and the DNR Protected Waters maps in order it determine the location of any wetland areas on the property and to get familiarized with the,location of the property. y
