Aboveground Dispensing of Flammable/Combustible Liquids <br /> be provided and located such that it is not more than 75 <br /> feet from any pump, dispenser or fill-pipe opening. <br /> 7 . Unsupervised Dispensing. <br /> Sec. 79 . 903 (f) 1 and 2 : <br /> The dispensing of Class I and Class II liquids into the <br /> fuel tank of a vehicle or into a container shall be under <br /> the supervision of a qualified attendant at all times . <br /> EXCEPTION: Unsupervised dispensing complying with Section <br /> 79 . 903 (f) 2 . <br /> A. The owner or operator shall provide and be accountable <br /> for: <br /> (i) . At least daily site visits, <br /> (ii) . Regular equipment inspection and <br /> maintenance, <br /> (iii) . Conspicuously posting instructions for safe <br /> operation of dispensing equipment, and <br /> (iv) . Posting the phone number of the owner or <br /> operator, <br /> B. A sign, in addition to that required in Section <br /> 79 . 903 (d) , shall be posted in a conspicuous location <br /> stating: <br /> IN CASE OF FIRE OR SPILL <br /> 1 . Use emergency pump shutoff ! <br /> 2 . Report the accident ! <br /> Fire Department No. <br /> Facility address <br /> C. Dispensing equipment shall comply with one of the <br /> following: <br /> (i) . The amount of fuel being dispensed is <br /> limited in quantity by a preprogrammed <br /> card, <br /> (ii) . Dispensing devices shall be programmed or <br /> set to limit uninterrupted fuel delivery <br /> to 25 gallons and require a manual <br /> action to resume continued delivery, <br /> 2 <br />
