O <br /> O O <br /> ti <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Si'i0¢�6 NO. 7 <br /> Final Plat Submittals: <br /> The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the City at least four weeks <br /> prior to the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of <br /> the month. These submittals are as follows: <br /> 1. Application for Final Plat Approval. <br /> 2. Three prints of the proposed final plat,to include: <br /> a. The name of plat. <br /> b. Lot lines platted per the preliminary plat attached as Exhibit A. <br /> c. Drainage and utility easements 10 feet wide along the exterior boundaries of <br /> the plat and 5 feet wide along the internal lot lines, outside the wetlands. <br /> d. Right of way for Fox Street, 33 feet from centerline of traveled road. <br /> e. Drainage easements over the delineated wetlands. <br /> 3. Regarding Lot 2: <br /> a. A buffer improvement plan acceptable to the City's wetland consultant. <br /> b. An escrow to guarantee implementation of the plan, amount to be determined <br /> by the City's wetland consultant, to be paid before the plat is filed. <br /> c. An executed buffer escrow agreement. <br /> d. An executed septic system replacement agreement. <br /> 4. Legal documents required: <br /> a. Title opinion addressed to the City. <br /> b. Certified copies of all recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />
