With the exception of plumbing and fireplace work, the remodeling was <br /> conducted by JNJ and Brennan Properties. <br /> 25. Following the remodeling conducted by JNJ and Brennan Properties, the <br /> Property was marketed for sale as being in "excellent" condition. <br /> 26.
