A Minnehaha Creek Watershed District permit will be required for the proposed work. <br /> 2. Grading is being proposed within the 10' Drainage and Utility Easement. I am ok with the proposed grading, but <br /> if the applicant wants to install any plantings or trees within this easement,they should enter into an <br /> encroachment agreement with the City. <br /> 3. There are a few solid lines which appear to represent something, but I am unsure what it is. For instance,just <br /> north of the proposed deck and steps,there is a dark solid line, but it does not call out what it is for. A similar <br /> line extends from the SW corner of the pool, wraps around to the North and ties into the corner of the drainage <br /> and utility easement point. Another line close to the SE corner of the pool heads south, wraps back to the west, <br /> curls to the south, heads back east and ties into an existing retaining wall. <br /> 4.
