<br /> 8. Payment of Storm Water and Drainage Trunk Fee in the amount of$35,539.00.
<br /> 9. Execution of a development agreement and provision of securities for the required
<br /> improvements subject to City attorney approval.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that based on the findings of Resolution
<br /> No. 6137,the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby approve the three-lot plat of WILLOW
<br /> HILL, Hennepin County, Minnesota (a copy of which is attached as Exhibit B) subject to the
<br /> following conditions:
<br /> •
<br /> 1. Development within WILLOW HILL is subject to the Conclusions, Orders and Conditions
<br /> enumerated within Preliminary Plat Resolution No. 6137.
<br /> 2. The approvals granted in this Resolution shall become effective only when all conditions
<br /> of approval requiring actions by the Owners have been satisfied.
<br /> 3. Outlot A is not a buildable lot in and of itself, and is created for the sole purpose of sale to
<br /> • • the adjacent property owner to the immediate west as additional land to be combined with
<br /> that neighboring property.
<br /> •
<br /> 4. The plat shall adhere to the Conservation Design Master Plan of the Conservation.Design
<br /> Report by Svoboda Ecological Resources dated March 23, 2012 as well as amendments
<br /> or modifications required by the City Engineer.
<br /> 5. The City Clerk shall release the plat documents for filing only upon certification by the City
<br /> Attorney, Planning & Zoning Coordinator and City Engineer that all requirements of the
<br /> platting regulations have been satisfied.
<br /> 6. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder
<br /> on or before February 27,2013 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and
<br /> executed copies of the easements and covenants pertinent thereto.
<br /> • The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the conditions of this Resolution have not
<br /> been met,or.-the...plat has pot been filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be
<br /> necessary.tofile'a.new application with the City of Orono for subdivision review.
