Permit Overview <br /> A permanent, non-multiple dock structure is approved as follows: <br /> • A straight dock with an overall footprint of 36 feet wide and no more than 100 feet in <br /> length as it extends into the lake from the OHW mark(929.4ft). Length is in <br /> compliance with LMCD Code Section 2.01. <br /> • Two boat storage units; however additional watercraft may be allowed as prescribed by <br /> LMCD Code. <br /> • Approximately 31 pilings; piling spacing varies from 4 to 8 feet. Some modifications <br /> may be necessary at the time of installation. <br /> • The dock decking/structure does not exceed 8 feet in both length and width at any <br /> location. <br /> • A planned 21-foot setback from the northern extended side site line (due to canopy), <br /> and approximately 43-foot setback from the southern extended side site line. These <br /> setbacks are in compliance with the setbacks required by LMCD Code Section 2.01. <br /> Setbacks apply to watercraft and structures alike. <br /> II. Site-Specific Permit Conditions <br /> The approved permit is subject to the following: <br /> • The construction of the dock is subject to the approved Site Plan (Dated 05/03/2017, <br /> Received Date 09/14/2017). <br /> III. Standard Permit Conditions <br /> • An as-built survey must be submitted upon completion of the dock installation. <br /> • LMCD must be notified at the completion of the installation in order to conduct a final <br /> inspection. <br /> • No changes may occur to the permanent dock for size, location, or configuration <br /> without seeking a new permanent dock permit.
