This property is also within Tier 1 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay District which <br /> allows hardcover up to 25% of the lot area. Modification of a driveway requires a Zoning Permit, a <br /> copy of the application is attached. The type of permits you will need to request on the Zoning Permit <br /> Application form are a Hardcover Permit and a Minor Land Alteration; check both boxes. A minor land <br /> alteration permit is $50, plus a $2,000 escrow as indicated. An as-built survey will be required after <br /> the driveway modifications have been completed and inspected, showing the driveway and grading <br /> were completed per the approved plan and the hardcover is conforming. <br /> I spoke with Lyle Oman (our building official), he indicated that you removed two decks which you <br /> intend to rebuild in-kind. However past surveys and permit information only show one of the two <br /> decks. After Lyle receives the construction plans for the decks, he will determine if a survey will be <br /> required prior to construction of the decks. An as-built survey showing the completed decks may also <br /> be required. Building permit costs are based on the estimated construction value.
