According to the reed- ings listed on the log sheets, It is our opinion that the level of the longterm ground water table was located at a depth greater than 13 feet belowthe exist- . ing ground surface in most cases, and below a depth of 8 feet in all cases. Fluctuations in the water level may occur over a wide range, depending upon e' the amount of precipitation, evaporation and surface runoff which will vary with seasonal changes. Based on the test results, installation of individual soil absoprtion dis- posal systems should be acceptable for a recommended design rate of 60 minutes per inch. The observed water table in the area is at a depth greater than 6.5 feet below the existing ground surface, making an absorption system acceptable accord- ing to state code regulations. The provisions of the "Ordinance and Code Regulating Individual Sewage Dis- posal Systems" (1971) , as recommended by the Minnesota Department of Health, as well as any local ordinances and codes, should be followed in the design and in- stallation of the disposal systems.
