These two cabins are less than the required 75' from the lake [Section <br /> 10.55, Subdivision 8; 10.56, Subdivision 16 (C); and 10.22, Subdivision <br /> 1]. <br /> k. The two cabins on Lot 12 each encroach over the lot line into Lot 11 <br /> [Section 10.03, Subdivision 15]. <br /> 1.
