It is <br /> my understanding that your client, Brad Erickson, has visited City Hall on several <br /> occasions to express his displeasure with the City's opinion regarding the properties he <br /> owns at 2120 and 2160 Wayzata Boulevard. It is further my understanding that he has <br /> indicated that he has no intention of following through with the suggestions made in my <br /> February 24, 2014 letter. Mr. Erickson's position is unfortunate because I feel there is a <br /> way to amicably resolve the issues surrounding the two properties that he owns. <br /> I have been instructed by City staff to initiate the appropriate legal action in the event <br /> Mr. Erickson continues the current business operations.
