P�otion, Ayes (8) - Nays (0) . <br /> Oberhauser stated that the Park Commission <br /> matters would be early on tIie agenda, <br /> Oberhauser explained the present proposal IllS PROPOSAL <br /> from IllS, which is to concentrate residential <br /> and commercial building on the soutiiivest <br /> corner of County Roads #15 �, #19 and dedicating <br /> tlie east szde of #19 and soutii of #15 to the <br /> Village. <br /> TIie Council wants t,ie Park Commission to look <br /> at this land and see if it would be a desirable <br /> acquisition and to recommend possible uses of <br /> the land. <br /> A discussion was held. It was agreed that <br /> we would persona2ly go out and look over Lhe <br /> lancl, also, perhaps seeking professional <br /> advice. lVe would also like an estimated tax <br /> value and cost of assessments on the land. <br /> ��tembers are to report their observations to <br /> Ogland by Next Tuesday, February 27, 1973. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 10: 15 P.M.
