4O ` Y <br /> O O <br /> = 4 �,0.� CITY of ORONO <br /> �. ,‘, ����i�` %+_ ��F RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> 44kESI.30.� NO. 1 <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR WETLAND ALTERATION <br /> PER ORONO CODE SECTION 78-1610 <br /> AND FOR LAND ALTERATION <br /> PER ORONO CODE SECTION 78-966 <br /> FILE NO. 09-3392 <br /> WHEREAS, the Wayzata Country Club, a Minnesota nonprofit Corporation, <br /> (hereinafter "the Owner") is the owner of the property located at 200 Wayzata Boulevard <br /> West within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") and legally described in attached <br /> Exhibit A.; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Owner has made application to the City for a conditional use <br /> permit for land alteration and for wetland alteration to convert a ditch with wetland qualities <br /> to a pond and to excavate three areas to provide for replacement of the wetland; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on January 20, 2009, at which time all persons desiring to <br /> be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File#09-3392. <br /> 2. The City's wetland consultant has reviewed the plan and finds: <br /> a.
