It is the intent of the Owner that the addition be a temporary fix to <br /> accommodate additional office and restroom spaces while a permanent <br /> solution is developed. <br /> c. The addition will be painted to match the color of the existing maintenance <br /> building. <br /> 4. The City Council has considered this application including the findings and <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission, reports by City staff, <br /> comments by the owners and the public, and the effect of the proposed <br /> additions on the health, safety and welfare of the community as well as the <br /> impact on properties in the vicinity. <br /> 5. The City Council finds that the proposed additions are in accord with the <br /> objectives and purposes of the RR-1B zoning district in which the site is <br /> located and with the comprehensive municipal plan and that the proposed <br /> additions would not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare, or <br /> materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br /> CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br /> Based upon the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby grants a conditional <br /> use permit for a 12' x 44' building addition, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Council approval is based on the site plan submitted by the Owner and annotated by <br /> City staff, attached to this Resolution as Exhibit B. Any changes or amendments to <br /> this plan may require further Planning Commission and City Council review. <br /> 2. The addition shall be painted to match the existing maintenance building. <br /> 3. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the Owner, but <br /> are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining building permits before <br /> December 14, 2010 or grounds will exist for revocation of the conditional use permit. <br /> 4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution <br /> shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any <br /> authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
