-VV 0 Ai. <br /> O 0 <br /> , � CITY of ORONO <br /> A 73\' ''1),:krIW41 <br /> /4 ,� L �~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �L <br /> `gkEsYiog� NO. 5894 <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR AN ADDITION TO <br /> THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING <br /> PER SECTION 78-418(4) <br /> FILE NO. 09-3432 <br /> WHEREAS, the Wayzata Country Club, Inc., a non-profit corporation, <br /> (hereinafter"the Owner") is the owner of the properties located at 200 Wayzata Boulevard <br /> West within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") and legally described as: <br /> Attached as Exhibit A; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Owner has made an application to the City of Orono for <br /> approval of a conditional use permit to allow a 12' x 44' addition to the maintenance building <br /> addressed as 430 Old Long Lake Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on October, 19, 2009, at which time all persons desiring to <br /> be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File#09-3432. <br /> 2. The Planning Commission reviewed this application on October 19, 2009 and <br /> on a vote of 5 - 0 recommended approval of the conditional use permit based <br /> on the following findings: <br /> a.
