The purpose of this council action is to gain council approval of a Small Wireless Facility <br />Collocation Agreement with Verizon Wireless. <br />2. Background. Verizon Wireless has submitted a collocation agreement to the City for review and <br />adoption. The agreement dictates the process for Verizon to place small wireless facilities on City owned <br />structures within the city Right of Way. <br />3. Staff Recommendation. The agreement has been reviewed by the City Engineer, Finance Director, <br />administrator and Attorney. Staff finds the agreement to comply with federal state and city code. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Move to adopt the attached Small Wireless Facility Collocation Agreement with Verizon Wireless, LLC. <br />Exhibits <br />A.
