• Sewer — Lift Station rehab cost have been adjusted. The northern utility <br />expansion has been added to 2016. A line for lift station monitoring has been <br />added. A new roof for the garage at the water plant is also added in 2016. <br />• Storm Sewer — The sweeper was not replaced in 2015 and was moved to 2016. <br />The timing of some projects has been adjusted to reflect anticipated project dates. <br />Watertown road improvement have been added to 2016 to reflect work that will <br />be performed as part of the road project. Kelly Avenue drainage was also added <br />to 2016. <br />• Police — The squad replacements have been updated to reflect the squads that <br />were replaced in 2015. <br />The CIP is a planning document only. Approval of the items listed in the document is not <br />approval to begin a project or make a purchase. In the case of the Street CIP, a funding <br />source will need to be identified prior to any work being performed. In the Improvement <br />& Equipment Outlay Fund, the annual transfer will need to be increased in the future. It <br />has been steady at $240,000 for over 10 years. The final CIP will include a table for <br />projects that were performed in 2015. <br />
