Explanation of Evenson Deed Variance Request <br /> Moved into our home at 780 Lakeview Parkway on June 23, 2017 with completed landscaping that <br /> included a fenced-in backyard. <br /> On July 13, 2018 we had a devastating house fire that resulted in a total loss. <br /> We re-built on the same lot and completed the landscaping including the fence that we had prior to the <br /> fire plus some improvements. <br /> Moved back into our re-built home on August 9, 2019. When the "as built" survey was submitted,we <br /> were informed of a conservation easement that had not been indicated on any of the previous surveys <br /> and we were unknowingly 5 feet over within our own property. <br /> Our original "as built" survey through our 15t builder did not indicate a conservation easement. <br /> Now that we are settling our family back into our home, we are simply requesting a 5 foot variance on <br /> our property. <br />
