The encroachments include a fence and an archway with a gate. <br /> Additionally, the Development Contract negotiated between the city of Orono and Lakeview of Orono <br /> stipulates a 10-foot setback for all principal and accessory structures from the Conservation Easement. The <br /> Evensons have constructed raised planter beds within this 10-foot setback. They have requested City <br /> approval to allow the encroaching improvements to remain. <br /> The Evensons' request involves modification or vacation of a 156'x 5.8' portion of Easement Parcel D over <br /> the Evenson Property.
