The applicant is requesting lot area, lot width, front, and rear setback variances. <br /> <br />2. Background. The applicant is proposing to demolish the existing home and build a new single <br />family home on 315 Crestview Ave, the new home will be at a similar front setback as neighboring <br />properties. The home will be 2 stories with a full basement. There is an existing 2 car detached garage on <br />the property that the applicant is proposing to keep. The property is nonconforming to size at 0.34 acres <br />in the LR-1A, 2 Acre district. <br /> <br />3. 15.99 Deadline. The applicant made a complete application on October 2, 2019. This 60-day review <br />period expires December 2, 2019. <br /> <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment. The Planning Commission reviewed the application and <br />unanimously recommended to approve the application. <br /> <br />5. Public Comment. No public comment has been received to date. <br /> <br />6. Staff Recommendation.
