I see that you made a note on the permit indicating that you'd <br /> like to discuss the hauling timeline. <br /> According to Resolution 6516 condition 13, page 4: "Hauling activity shall be limited to a total of 60 days from the date of <br /> the pre-construction meeting. A 10-day extension of the hauling activity timeline may be granted by staff upon request <br /> 10 days prior to the 60th day'. At the pre-construction meeting we allowed for the 60-day window to begin on Day 1 of <br /> hauling activity, which began on September 231d by you accepting material from the Baldur Park Road project. You were <br /> reminded of this in the September 24th letter which documented your hauling start date of September 23rd. Your 60-day <br /> hauling window ends on November 22, 2015.
