You agreed to contact Bob Bean <br /> (Bolton &Menk) with the possible source sites for his approval and to provide Bob with an affirmative <br /> start date this Fall or in the Spring. <br /> This morning I was notified that hauling to your property began yesterday thus starting the 60-day clock. <br /> This 60-day hauling window will close on Sunday, November 22, 2015. No hauling will be permitted after <br /> that date unless a request is made by you on or before Thursday, November 12, 2015 that an additional <br /> 10 days will be needed. No hauling will be permitted after November 12"'. <br /> Please be advised that because the City did not have prior notification of the hauling commencement and <br /> haul route approval, the administrative zoning permit for grading was not issued. Issuance of this permit <br /> requires that you pay the $50 administrative permit fee for the grading permit authorizing the hauling <br /> and grading work on site. Prior to hauling material, the Haul Route must be approved by the City <br /> Engineer,Adam Edwards. Additionally, your acceptance of material from properties other than sites <br /> previously approved (i.e. Baldur Park Road and 601 Carlson Pkwy) must be approved by Bob before <br /> hauling. You should provide at least a 24 hour notice for Bob's review. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice to discontinue hauling activity until you have received the <br /> administrative permit and the Haul Route has been approved. Additionally please be aware, the City will <br /> inspect the property during the 60-day period.
