The septic sites should <br /> be fenced off and protected during construction. After the septic sites are fenced off, please call for <br /> an inspection. <br /> g. Top of Foundation. The top of foundation elevation is shown on the survey. Please have the surveyor <br /> show the point or spot where the top of foundation elevation is in reference to. Please note,we expect <br /> the location to be consistent when submitting the foundation as-built survey. <br /> Please provide two copies of an updated, full-size certificate of survey which meets all of the City's survey <br /> standards(enclosed). <br /> 3. Hardscape Plan. Prior to the issuance of the building permit a hardscape plan must be submitted showing all <br /> the proposed exterior/ha rdsca ping improvements,i.e.patios,grading,sidewalks,retaining walls,etc. The plan <br /> should include the name of the individual performing the work.
