The constructionworkassociatodwith the Oliver Hill development is complete. I recommend that the <br />public portion of the project, sanitary sewer, be accepted by the city and that the remaining letter of credit <br />be released. <br />2. Art Taylor, Bolton and Men$ inspected the final wear course work on August 12a, 2019 and found it <br />metatystandards. <br />3.
