Pit-Stops/Overlook Areas <br />• Picnic tables <br />• Stone access stairs to water/fishing pier <br />• Wood fishing pier/boardwalk <br />3. Shoreline/Slope Stabilization <br />• Details and specifications <br />• Raingardens <br />4. Interpretive Signage <br />• Wayfinding/interpretive signs at both ends of the new trail (final sign layout and <br />content not part of this design package) <br />5. Summit Beach Improvements <br />• Paving of parking lot <br />• Small playground <br />6. Miscellaneous Amenities <br />• Canoe Launch <br />• Landscaping <br />• Benches <br />4. Bidding.................................................................................................................................................... $2,500 <br />Bolton & Menk will assist the City with preparing the bid package, assisting with answering <br />contractor questions in the bidding process, issuing addendums as necessary and assist with <br />contract recommendation. <br />Fee Estimate <br />Based on the scope of services described above, we propose a total not -to -exceed fee of $52,050 to <br />be billed on an hourly basis.
