b. Pavement Fund. Planning for 2019 and beyond is based on the funding guidance provide at the <br />April 22nd, 2019 Council Work Session. Adequate funding for the 2020 projects is based on several <br />assumptions: one, an increase in the pavement levy for 2020rto $750,000; two, available positive fund <br />balances from 2019 of approximately $300,000; and that $120K of water tower lease revenue is dedicated <br />to street maintenance. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Move to direct the City Engineer to move forward with planning for the 2020street maintenance projects <br />and acceptance of the Bolton and Menk's proposal for design and engineering services for the 2020 Street <br />Maintenance projects. <br />Exhibits <br />A.
