The Applicant shall provide photo documentation of the condition of the City's roads on <br /> the route prior to hauling; and shall be responsible for repair to any damaged roadway. <br /> 5. Any substantive increase in the quantity of material to be exported which are not in <br /> conformity with this approval may require further Planning Commission and City Council <br /> review. <br /> 6.
