No use shall be made of the Land except uses, if any, <br /> • which will not change or alter the natural condition of <br /> . the Land, and no use whicit would tend to change the <br /> drainage, flood control, water conservation, erosion <br /> control, soil conservation, fish and wildlife habitat <br /> characteristics shall be made of the Land or the water <br /> situated thereon. Ea^h outlot shall be entitled to <br /> have constructed upon or appurtenant to it, one dock. <br /> No more than two boats (as defined by the Lake Minne- <br /> tonka Conservation District) shall be moored, docked or <br /> stored at any dock. <br /> F. Grantee may enter upon the Land for the purposes of <br /> • inspection and enforcement of the covenants contained <br /> herein and to cause to be removed from the Land without <br /> • <br /> any liability any structures, uses, rr,.terials, substances, <br /> or unnatural matter inconsistent with the covenants <br /> contained Lerein and the natural state of the Land. <br /> G. Not withstanding any of the above provisions, the Land <br /> • <br /> may be used for boat dockage and for agricultural <br /> purposes including pasturage therefore, which use may <br /> include the erection of fences, corrals and watering or <br /> feeding stations for such animals except no barn, <br /> stable shall be permitted thereon without specific <br /> • written consent of Grantee. <br /> 2. This Open Space Easement or any provision contained <br /> herein may be released by Grantee but only by adoption of a Reso- <br /> lution to that effect by the City Council . <br /> In addition to any other remedy the G'antee may have, the <br /> covenants and restrictions contained herein may be enforced by in-- <br /> •• <br /> junction. <br /> Grantor does not intend that the public should have any interest <br /> • in the above land by virtue of this indenture or otherwise, except <br /> as hereinabove set forth. <br /> • The Grantor herein certifies that the Land herein described <br /> is free and clear of all encumbrances except: <br /> covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements of <br /> record. <br /> All the provisions hereof shall run with the land and shall <br /> extend to and bird the heirs, successors, representatives, grantees <br /> s <br /> • <br /> -2- <br />
