WITNESSETH,, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of }` • One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, hereby cove- nants, grants, gives, quit claims and conveys to Grantee the right to restrict and Grantor agrees to limit and preclude the use, improvement and development, under the conditions and covenants herein contained, the following described land in the County of rS. Hennepin and State of Minnesota: Outlots A, C, and D, Green Trees, according to the rerorded plat thereof, as follows: 1. Grantor hereby covenants and agrees: A. No structures other than docks shall be constructed, erected, or placed upon, above, or beneath the Land including without lim .tation, principal or accessory " buildings, firepla_rs , steps, hardcover or roads of any nature whatsoever, or ary other structure or improvement inconsistent with the na�ural state of the land. • B.
