At the time of the filing of <br /> the revised subdivision application, Mr. Carlson also filed a <br /> separate conditional use permit/variance application for proposed <br /> improvements within commons outlot involving land alterations, <br /> installation of tennis court, gazebo and trail system. <br /> Application #1630 was tabled by the Planning Commission until <br /> applicant had completed the permit review process with the Corps <br /> of Engineers for trail system.
