A access to the 12-lot plat must be via the interior plat road. <br /> Lot 2, Block 2 shall be served from the temporary cul-de-sac via a 15' <br /> driveway easement through Lot 1, Block 2. Owner of Lot 1, Block 2 <br /> shall grant temporary driveway easement in favor of Lot 2, Block 2 <br /> until the adjacent private road is extended along the southern <br /> boundaries of Lot 2, Block 2. <br /> 2.
