Q� CITY of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> NO.�r 34 7 7 <br /> xES <br /> 110 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br /> PLAT OF OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD SECOND ADDITION <br /> FILE NO. 1933 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br /> a twenty-one lot plat by Orono Limited Partnership, a Minnesota limited partnership (hereinafter <br /> "the subdivider"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the RR-113, <br /> Rural Residential Zoning District finding that each lot is of a size and configuration that would <br /> allow its use as a single family residence to be fully developed without the need of any <br /> variances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has agreed to complete all requirements of the <br /> platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 3444, the resolution <br /> granting preliminary approval of the Class III subdivision. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br /> 3. Creation of two private roads shown on the plat as Outlots C and D; Outlot C to <br /> be known henceforth as Somerset Trail and Outlot D as Thoroughbred Lane. <br /> 4. Concurrent with the creation of these private roads, the subdivider has dedicated <br /> to the City road and utility easements granting to the City permanent access, <br /> improvement and utility easements over said outlots; the subdivider has created <br /> non-exclusive ingress, egress, drainage and utility easements over said outlots in <br /> favor of all abutting lots including a declaration of covenants, conditions, <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br /> F"5005 Disk L<: <br />
