Please provide two, <br /> full-size sets of fully developed construction plans, to-scale for our review, including but not limited to <br /> structural information and cross-sections. <br /> 6. Escrow&Escrow Agreement. Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer require submittal <br /> of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to guarantee reimbursement to the City <br /> for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally this escrow will guarantee <br /> conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and stormwater. The required escrow <br /> amount for this project is $1,000. The escrow agreement is enclosed. The property owner must sign the <br /> enclosed agreement and submit a check for$1,000. <br /> The City currently holds a$10,000 escrow associated with land use application numbers 17-3945,17-3947,17- <br /> 3970 and 17-3971. Once staff verifies any pass-through charges, if any, associated with the land use <br /> applications are paid,the existing$10,000 escrow will be refunded to the property owner. <br /> 7. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br /> District's (MCWDs) permitting requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding <br /> your project.
