Certificate of Survey. The survey provided dated 10-25-2017 is not to scale. Please provide two copies of an <br /> updated, full-size certificate of survey which meets all of the City's survey standards (enclosed) including <br /> addressing the following: <br /> a. The house at 2710 Pence Lane is shown on the survey, it was demolished (permit #2017-01162). <br /> Please remove. <br /> b. Provide updated information regarding the existing driveway which served 2710 Pence Lane. What <br /> portions will be removed? <br /> l./ Call out first floor elevation in the existing_home,top of foundation for the new addition and highest <br /> existing elevation point touching the entire foundation so we can perform our height calculation. <br /> Please note, our engineer has not reviewed the survey, so additional engineering comments may be <br /> -� forthcoming. <br /> 2.� Restoration Plan. The restoration plan for the area within the 75' setback where unpermitted grading and <br /> �+ vegetation removal occurred is required to be submitted and approved prior to the issuance of the building <br /> permit. <br /> 3. Hardscape Plan. Prior to the issuance of the building permit a hardscape plan must be submitted showing all <br /> the proposed exterior/landscaping improvements, i.e.patios,grading,sidewalks,retaining walls,etc. The plan <br /> should include the name of the individual performing the work. Any proposed patios, grading, sidewalks, <br /> retaining walls shown on the landscape plan should also be reflected on the survey. <br /> 4. Hardcover Calculations. The property is located in Tier 1 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay District. Hardcover <br /> calculations are shown on the survey, however,please have the surveyor prepare hardcover calculations using <br /> the City's hardcover calculation worksheets. Enclosed is a copy of the City's hardcover information packet. <br />
