The proposed "dry creek bed with drain pipe" exiting the wetland must be clarified and <br /> approved by the MCWD. <br /> h. Provide additional information pertaining to the note: "refinish existing steps". <br /> Prior to the issuance of the building permit a landscape plan must be submitted showing all the <br /> proposed exterior/landscaping improvements, i.e. patios,grading,sidewalks,retaining walls,etc. The <br /> plan should include the name of the individual performing the work. Any proposed patios, grading, <br /> sidewalks, retaining walls shown on the landscape plan should also be reflected on the survey. <br /> 3. Hardcover Calculations. After the landscape plan and survey have been coordinate and finalized an <br /> updated hardcover calculation worksheet showing the proposed hardcover should be submitted. <br /> 4. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek <br /> Watershed District's(MCWD)permitting requirements;please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471- <br /> 0590 regarding your project.
