Any proposed <br /> patios,grading,sidewalks,retaining walls shown on the landscape plan should also be reflected on the <br /> survey. <br /> 3. Hardcover Calculations. After the landscape plan and/or survey have been revised coordinate and <br /> finalized an updated hardcover calculation worksheet showing the proposed hardcover should be <br /> submitted. <br /> 4. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek <br /> Watershed District's(MCWD) permitting requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471- <br /> 0590 regarding your project.
