PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, OCTOBER 16, 1974
Members instructed the staff to notify John
urch, Big Island, to appear before the panel
,;o voice any case he might feel he has.
Members felt they should have some technical
input from somebody knowledgeable on the
Flood Insurance Plan.
This variance for Howard Larson, 1465 Long
Lake Boulevard, was tabled in 1974 awaiting
the completion of the Comprehensive Guide
Plan. The owner wished to reopen the case
again. After studying the plat maps and based
on personal viewing of members,
Van Nest moved, Gasch seconded, that the matter
be tabled.
