VILLAGE OF ORONO <br />Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission, <br />October 15, 1974 <br />.che Planning Commission met on the above date <br />with the following members present: Chairman <br />Guthrie, Curtis, Elliott, Gasch, Kallestad, <br />Pesek, and Van Nest. Absent: Hake and <br />Kullberg. Councilman Paurus also present. <br />Curtis moved, Pesek seconded, that the Minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting of September 16, 1974, <br />be approved. Motion, Ayes (7) , Nays (0). <br />This variance for Donald Ekeberg, Lot 4, Loma <br />Linda, 1056 Loma Linda Avenue, was approved as <br />a buildable lot by Village Council action in <br />1969. Some discussion was held on placing a <br />statute of limitations on variances in the new <br />code using a six month to one year period as a <br />guideline.
