If any building lot is sold to a private <br />corporation or association of homeowners for <br />%ommon use, the Village would still have <br />control over the following: <br />a. The issuance of building permits for any <br />use other than single family residential <br />uses. <br />b, The,issuance of a multiple dock license <br />required for mooring of more than four <br />boats on lakeshore lots. <br />c. If the need for common ownership ceases <br />to exist or Village policy dictates, the <br />lot can be sold for development as a <br />single family residential use. <br />4. By prohibiting the creation of lakeshore <br />"outlots ", the Village will make no implied <br />or express transfer of Riparian Rights to <br />Non - Riparian owners. <br />Curtis moved, Hake seconded, that recommendation <br />be given to this policy.
