1 <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD JUNE 17, 1974 Page 6 <br />In the B -1 zone, the following should be added ZONING ORDINANCE <br />to the permitted uses: A. tailor shop,and (Continued) <br />E. laundromat. Under conditional use in a <br />B -1, office building should be added. <br />In B -1 and B -4 zones, the F.A.R. ratio should <br />be dropped. In the B -1 and B -4 zones, the <br />lot width requirement was not stated and in the <br />B -4 zone, the maximum building height or <br />residential zoning districts from Section 34.010 <br />Farm Crops, was eliminated as a permitted use <br />and placed as a conditional use. Section 34.021, <br />referring to schools was missing a sentence. <br />34.027 Guest Houses, should be left in the <br />ordinance but be defined as "for the use of <br />the occupants of the residence" <br />Section 34.046 apiaries should be omitted as <br />an accessory use and included as a conditional <br />use. <br />Section 34.202 under lakeshore hardcover <br />requirements, provision 01 should be revised to <br />read as follows: "there should be no hardcover <br />within 75' of the shoreline ". On the following <br />provisions, the first number should be eliminated <br />so that they would read as follows: "within <br />250' of the shoreline no greater than 25% <br />nardcover, within 500' of the shoreline, no <br />greater than 30% hardcover, within 1,000' of <br />the shoreline no greater than 35% hardcover. <br />Section 34.203 should be be added to read: "no <br />permanent structures, temporary structures or <br />any excavating would be allowed within 75' of <br />the shore. No trees could be removed that are <br />larger than 6" in diameter without a permit. <br />Kullberg moved, Gasch seconded, to approve to REZONING - NAVARRE <br />make the following changes in the zoning in <br />the Navarre area: From B -1 to LR -1C <br />The following property in the South Half of <br />Section 17, Township 117, Range 23 described <br />as follows: Commencing at the center line of <br />County Road No. 15 and the East Corporate <br />Limits of the City of Spring Park; thence <br />Northerly along,said limits to the South line <br />of the Burlington Northern Railroad right -of- <br />way; thence Easterly along said right -of -way to <br />the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 9, Townsite <br />of Langdon Park; thence Southerly along the <br />West line of Lot 1 to the center line of County <br />:oad No. 15; thence Westerly along the center <br />line of County Road 15 to the point of beginning, <br />EXCEPT the South 183 feet thereof. <br />(Continued) <br />
