r <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD JANUARY 21, 1974 <br />Kuilberg moved, Pesek seconded, that a public <br />hearing for rezoning the Village be called <br />for the earliest possible date, with the <br />Village staff establishing that date once <br />the legal requirements were complied` with. <br />Motion, Ayes (9) - Nays (0). <br />The Council requested' the Planning Commission <br />appoint a site selection committee to make <br />a recommendation.regarding a 16dation fora <br />new City Hall. The committee is responsible <br />for selecting three sites and:they should <br />consider existing City property in the <br />Crystal Bay area and the French Lake area. <br />The following Planning Commission members <br />were selected to serve on this committee: <br />Chairman Kallestad, Curtis, Gasch, and <br />Pesek. <br />Elliott moved, Guthrie seconded, to reschedule <br />the regular February Planning,,Commission <br />meeting to Tuesday, February;lL, 1974 at <br />8:30 P.M. with the work session starting at <br />7:30 P.M. <br />Curtis moved, Kallestad seconded, the <br />nomination of Van Nest to serve as Planning <br />Commission chairman until the June 17, 1974 <br />meeting.
