Staff conducted a preliminary review based on the <br /> information provided and recommends the following items be addressed before a building permit or any construction can begin on the site: <br /> Reviewer:Adam Edwards <br /> 1. Additional sewer connection and intensification of the property with respect to sanitary sewer needs will likely require a SAC determination from the <br /> Metropolitan Council Environmental Services(MCES).A separate utility permit from the city will be required for a new service line connection. <br /> 2. Applicant should provide infiltration basin design and calculations. <br /> 3. The applicant should prepare slope stabilization plan,prepared by a licenced engineer,for the grading in the bluff and other steep areas. <br /> 4.
