These projects have been <br /> developed as described below. <br /> Program Center <br /> The Program Center will be located at the location of the existing sport court, <br /> just outside of the 100ft Primary Structure setback line at the west end of the <br /> property.The Main parking lot will be repaved and extended to allow for <br /> adequate parking space for this building and other Phase 1 functions. A 10ft <br /> wide, paved accessible route has been provided from this parking and drop- <br /> off area to the entrance and front porch of the building.This path will <br /> continue south to allow for accessible access to the Program Cabins,while <br /> also doubling as a vehicular access route for emergency vehicles. <br /> Page 2 of 10 <br />
