It has been <br /> well cared for with improvements throughout this time frame.Temple Israel <br /> has obtained a comprehensive Master plan as a way to ensure the camp's <br /> long-term vitality and viability. <br /> The Camp TEKO Master Plan proposes changes that result in the following <br /> requests for variances: <br /> 1. Improvements to the bluff and bluff impact zone <br /> 2. Building and Hardcover in the 75 ft Lakeshore setback <br /> 3. Number of entrance monuments and gates. <br /> a. The variance is in harmony with the general intent and purpose of the <br /> Ordinance.: <br /> The variances requested are minor in the scheme of the overall <br /> property, and along with all other proposed elements in the Master <br /> Plan, are intended to improve the health, safety, comfort, and morals <br /> of all users compared to the existing camp as it operates today. <br /> b.
