The footprint of the buildings are consistent with the Master Plan. <br /> 2. Placement of the buildings is conforming to City Code and the Master Plan <br /> 3. General height of buildings in proposed Master Plan is following to reflect the <br /> approved massing for the site. <br /> 4. Architectural design of the buildings follow the Master Plan aesthetic <br /> 5. All exterior lighting shall be so directed so as not to cast glare toward or onto the <br /> public right-of-way or neighboring residential uses or districts <br /> (A second motion should be made to deny any variances requested that are not approved.) <br /> Motion to recommend to deny variance due to <br /> Table: If the Commissioners wish to see something changed and the applicant is suggesting to <br /> update the plan.
