Based on the above information, a structural analysis was conducted regarding the <br /> connections. Based on this information, it was determined that all welds should be a <br /> minimum 3/16"fillet along the length of the angle. <br /> 4. J. L. White agreed to inspect all welds and provide a minimiun of 3/16" welds at all <br /> connections. <br /> 5. A follow-up inspection on February 3, 1999 was conducted to review upgraded welds. <br /> All welds meet the minimum design requirement of 3/16" fillet weld based on visual <br /> observations. <br /> PROFESSIONAL OPINION <br /> 6.
