On December 4, 1989 the City issued a Certificate of <br /> Occupancy for the new residence reconfirming that the <br /> conditions of the proposed landscape plan had been <br /> satisfied. <br /> CONCLUSIONS <br /> Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono <br /> City Council hereby reaffirms that all previously reported <br /> violations against the property legally described above and <br /> located at 985 Tonkawa Road have been removed and satisfactorily <br /> resolved. <br /> Adopted by the Orono City Council of this 12th day of <br /> August, 1991. <br /> Barbara A.
