Does the Commission find it necessary to impose conditions in order to mitigate the <br />impacts created by the granting of the requested variance(s)? <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />1. The Planning Commission may approve the some or all of the variance applications. If the <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the variances, the Commission should <br />provide their findings and practical difficulty analysis supporting the approvals; or <br />2. The Planning Commission could deny one or more variances; or <br />3.
