Sec. 94-13949. - Enforcement. <br />The enforcement of this article shall be the primary responsibility of the peace officers of the county <br />sheriff's department or the Orono Police Department. Other licensed peace officers, including conservation <br />officers of the state department of natural resources and volunteer members of the county water patrol, are <br />also authorized to enforce this article. <br />Page 2 <br />
