Stats. 86B, Water Safety and Watercraft, Minn. Stats 86B.313, Personal <br />Watrecraft; Regulations, and the rules and regulations of the state department of natural resources <br />promulgated thereunder, are hereby incorporated herein and made a part of this article. The rules and <br />regulations of the county sheriff's department are incorporated herein and made a part of this article. <br />Sec. 94-138. - Exempt personnel. <br />All authorized resource management, emergency and enforcement personnel, while acting in the <br />performance of their assigned duties, are exempt from restrictions of this article. <br />Page 1 <br />
